All my services implicate strategic change.  For individuals, I provide coaching support for personal development. I help teams improve their interaction and cohesion.  I work with organizations to facilitate culture change. I approach all services with an understanding of systems, processes, and change customized to the needs of the entities.

Covid has limited in-person interaction over the past few years.  However, with appropriate precautions, I am available to meet in person.

My fees are well within the range for organizational change consultation services. Rates are adjusted based on the type of organization.  Rates will differ for corporate, private firms, non-profits, and governmental entities.
