CENTRAL EUROPEAN ADVERTISING COMPANY
A 12-year-old regional advertising firm experiencing rapid growth reached a plateau. The client presented the central issue as one based on internal conflicts between creative and fiscally oriented client functions.
The consulting team designed an approach based on a series of questions for the client to discuss while the consultants observed their dynamics and provided feedback. The leaders were able to surface deeply held and unstated assumptions through sometimes emotionally charged exchanges. A foundation for more authentic relationships was thus established.
