OD is especially well suited for organizational and social transformation where polarization and resistance—explicit or covert—constrain strategic success. I utilize a variety of tools and methodologies tailored to the needs of clients.

Keith Earley, PhD, JD
I am an organization development consultant with a focus on change management. My principal areas of expertise are DEI strategy development, training and facilitation, and leadership coaching. Change occurs at every level in a client system. I support individual transformation through my coaching work which focuses on personal awareness along with group and organizational dynamics.
My work in the area of diversity, equity and inclusion reflects my understanding of key aspects of change. I embrace the view that the value of DEI must be understood in the context of business or mission related goals. Such an approach is achieved through the development of individual competency, team cohesion and organizational culture change.

How Change is Changing
We are in a moment. 2021 offers stark choices that will shape lives for generations. Will we acknowledge racism or ignore it? Will we support peaceful protest or promote armed resistance? Will we seek alignment and connection or divisiveness? Honesty compels a recognition that the highest ideals of democracy and structural inequality, including institutional racism, have always coexisted.
Covid-19 and violence against Black people have given voice to the endemic injustices in our society that cannot be denied. Transformative change offers the opportunity to go beyond deep polarization in order to embrace a narrative based on conviction, collaboration and hope.
I understand systemic change and stand ready to work with leaders and organizations committed to equity and fairness.
